Summit also provides site assessment and management services to property owners involved in leases with service providers such as AT&T, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Sprint/Nextel and T-Mobile. We have served clients with valuable rooftop, mountaintop and hilltop locations who lack a thorough understanding of the complexities of these negotiations and management services. It is not uncommon for our clients to be receiving as little as one tenth of the potential annual revenue prior to our engagement. Summit provides the following services in a revenue sharing model:
